HOW DO I KEEP MY PURCHASES FRESH?

All orders should be placed in a cool and dry environment and kept away from direct sunlight. 

Chocolate-covered strawberries can be stored outside the fridge for about 10h and about 48h in the fridge. Keeping them in the fridge might cause condense/ sweating, depending on the temperature of the room. That doesn't mean that something is wrong with them, it's natural and they are still delicious.

Cupcakes can be stored outside or inside the fridge. Again, depending on the temperature, if it's a very warm day the buttercream might slightly lose shape.

​

Sugar Cookies are best stored in a room temperature in uptight containers. Decorated sugar cookies have a long

shelf life, they are best within two weeks but when wrapped as a guest favor people have been saving them as a souvenir for years.

Chocolate Covered Oreos are perfectly fine outside the fridge or inside. Again depending on the temperature, the chocolate could melt if stored outside or they could condense/sweat if taken out of the fridge in a drastic temperature change.

IS THERE A DEPOSIT?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit upon placing every order. The deposit will be subtracted from your total at pick-up.

IS THERE A DELIVERY OPTION?

Delivery is availabe in the Chicago area and North West suburbs for an additional charge depending on the distance.

CAN THE ORDER BE GIFT WRAPPED?

An order can be gift wrapped or made into a beautiful gift basket with some additional items for a bigger gift.

HOW EARLY BEFORE MY EVENT I SHOULD ORDER?

To ensure availability booking is best the earlier the better. You can book as soon as you want to start planning your special event and a minimum of two weeks before the desired pick-up date.

As much as we would love to take all the orders, we are a small business and want to ensure quality for our customers. That's why overbooking is not an option.

Rush Orders could be made in certain circumstances for an additional fee. Need a last-minute rush order? We would love to help if we have an opening. Contact us.

DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN FREE ITEMS?

Unfortunately at this moment, we DO NOT offer gluten free cookies or cupcakes.

Chocolate Covered Strawberries are the only gluten-free option we have.

IF I SEND YOU A PICTURE CAN YOU TO THE EXACT SAME DESIGN?

Creative work is a piece of art and we can see the picture as an inspiration and a color palette, but we cannot and shouldn’t copy another artist’s work exactly.

We can promise to work with you on the design and give you the best of our ability making the closest of the idea you share with us and have in mind to ensure happiness and satisfaction with final product.

Every single piece we make is handmade and decorated by hand, therefore each individual piece is unique, colors and designs can have slight difference.

CAN I CHOSE A COLOR PALETTE AND THEME?

Of course and we encourage you to do so! We would love to work with you on the color palette and theme of your event and provide you with the best possible experience.
